State of Mexico's (Mexico) Ibeth "Roca" (rock) Zamora, won this Saturday night to Guadalupe Bautista, by unanimous decision and retained the WBC flyweight Youth world title, at Deportivo de los Trabajadores del Metro in Mexico City.
